Top Tier Education Refund Policy

Top Tier will bill for educational products and services offered through its website. Payment must be made no later than the first day of a given course. Payment can be made in full prior to the first day of a course or students can elect to split their program payments into two pieces. If elected, split payments will be due half fees before the first day of class and the remaining half fees due at the beginning of the second half of the program (see specific program dates for actual due dates). Program fees are fully refundable less a $150 processing fee prior to the first day of class. No refunds are given once a program class has begun. Students who elect to withdraw after the first day of class will have their fees transferred to the next available program to complete any remaining courses..
